Another high-quality product from this vineyard that I found while on holiday in Kefalonia. Will be re-ordering.

Typical of warm-climate reds, not as full-bodied as some Syrah (which can be an advantage). Deep plum colour, blackberry nose; rich prunes in the mouth, but with a delicate feel; a dusky aftertaste reminiscent of good Pinotage, but not unpleasant. Good for grilled meats and hard cheeses.
