Vinification: b> Skin contact extraction controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, maintenance of wine for 3 months on lees with regular stirring.
Tasting notes: b> Crystal and glowing with a pale yellow color with greenish tinges. Intense nose and rich, typical of the variety, aromas, citrus, passion fruit, lychee and melon with a sweet tinge. On the palate it is quite full, HSD, greasy, with excellent balance, freshness and finesse. Lively aftertaste that contributes to the long stay of perfumes.
Tasty Harmony: b> Cool (12 º C), drunk alone or aperitif. Serving excellent salads (lettuce with Roquefort, purslane with tomatoes, ham and gouda), pasta with white sauce and broccoli-asparagus, shellfish, seafood, white meats with herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano), chicken with spinach, goat soft cheese cheese, sweet cream cheese, some desserts (lemon tart, apple pie, sorbet), fresh fruit, especially melon.
