Aidani is a grape variety found in the blend of Vinsanto and dry white wines of Santorini.
Domaine Argyros decided to winemaking Aidani separately for special aromatic character.
The total area of 14 acres vineyard is 10 years old, is located in Episkopi Gonia Santorini and is configured to traditional coil, oriented east-southeast.
