The Gentilini, the popular Wine factory from Kefalonia, take a break from his great "weakness", the Robola to give us a cosmopolitan but at the same time everyday and versatile white wine. The Tsaousi the Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat, meet the same blend and give us refreshing and aromatic effect of 'cooperation' them. If you have not tried it yet, it's worth doing once!

An interesting and delicious light white wine; very good value at this price point. Citrus and faint notes of elderflower on the nose, with tart pear on the palate, fading to sweet herbs. Good on its own or with white fish or lightly seasoned poultry.

Grape Origin: b> Tsaousi - selected vineyards in Minies Kefalonia. The yield is about 700 pounds per acre Rombola - selected vineyards on the slopes of Mount Ainos, Kefalonia, at an altitude of over 600 meters. The yield is about 500 pounds per acre.
Moschofilero & Sauvignon Blanc - owned vineyards in Minies Kefalonia. The vineyard has been included in a program cultivated biologically (DIO). Vinification: b> At the family winery in Minies Kefalonia. Low pressures render the first 60% elite must. The zimosi lasts four weeks at controlled temperatures of 14 C. Each grape variety vinified separately so completely controlled the harmony of the final result. After maturation tanks, wine stabilized and clarified by the process of freezing.
