The history of Ouzo 12 starts in 1880 in Istanbul, when the brothers Kaloyan, the small, tradition oinopnefmatopoleio who maintained, distillation for the first time in their ouzo.
At this time we do not sell ouzo ready in bottles, but directly from vareli.
The spirit of the barrel with the number "12" was what brought together the preferences of enthusiasts of the era, as the spirit of Ouzo kept on them stood for quality, taste and delicate aroma.
