Selected grape varieties of Thessaly and aromatic anise of North Evia are masterfully distilled. In the final product, the aroma and taste of the anisole is dominant, it feels like a grape that gently and pleasantly numbs the oral cavity. It is a traditional product of Thessaly with characteristics as authentic and genuine as the nature and character of the people of the Greek countryside. It flirts with ice for a rich emulsion, as well as with the spicy Greek mezedes coming from the land or the sea.

A long-aged spirit, with the youngest component in its blend matured for 5 years in French and American casks that previously hosted red wine and Vinsanto. The finish is sensational, the long aging imparts aromas of dried fruit and a complex dried nuts character, while at the same time softening and rounding this elixir of unique quality.
