Lemon in color with several golden highlights. Complex fruit flavors such as peach , apricot and lime combined with oak flavors such as vanilla and nuts but with subtle hints of minerals and honey. Rich in the mouth with intense flavors dominated again the fruit and oak, acidity that refreshes and a long delicious buttery aftertaste. The structure and matured in oak barrels give the possibility to evolve for at least 3-4 years after harvest.

An extraordinary, typical barrel-aged Chardonnay from the cold-climate terroir of Amyndeon, showing aromatic intensity and complexity. Balanced on the palate, this is a wine with a fatty character yet very refreshing, with a lingering aftertaste.
