| Producer's Description | The Shack is a wine with hints of yellow and straw. Crisp, fresh with hints of lemon and citrus peel on the nose, great acidity and nice round finish. A lovely summer krasi.
Vineyard The vineyard is located at an altitude of 700m, in the wine region of Saint Panteleimon the zone designation of origin Amynteon in northwestern Greece. The average production does not exceed 800kg/str. The vineyard soils are sandy and help to produce wines with great finesse and rich aroma. The microclimate is characterized by cold winters and hot summers, but is milder than the presence of four lakes in the region, favoring the cultivation of white poikilion. Winemaking Apply skin contact extraction (scin contact) of precursors of aromatic compounds present in the peel of the grape, and contribute to subsequent flavoring composition of wine. Followed by static settling and inoculation with selected yeasts suitable for the emergence of the aromatic character of the variety.
