Ιntensely oaky Santorini intended for "big" grilled fish meals. The overripe feeling of the fruit and the intense presence of the barrel are balanced by the explosive acidity of the wine. Forget it for a few years in your cellar. The result will be particularly complex creating a perfect "comfort" wine.
Medium golden color with some green highlights. Complex aromatics with ripe citrus fruits, tobacco, vanilla and nutmeg, mineral elements and mushroom. Rich in the mouth, with noticeable warming alcohol but also an acidity that brings balance to all. Strong wine for rich seafood tables. Uncork it where fish and seafood are grilled, and watch it transform into their most "obedient" wine companion.
