Vivid red color with purple hues.
Nose with good intensity, with aromas of fresh red fruit, hints of sweet spices and a hint of vanilla. The emphasis is on varietal character Agiorgitiko and stylish barrel, although the cedar of Cabernet Sauvignon is present. In the mouth, fleshy, full of freshness and crisp acidity. Smooth, round tannins and a good finish time.
Can be aged for 2 to 4 years after harvest and can accompany succulent red meats with spicy sauces and dishes of spicy sausage. Served in the 15th-17th C.
