I first sampled this at the Sigalas Winery in Santorini along with several of their other wines. This is a standout for complexity in white wines. Highly recommended.

As "Nichteri" called traditional, white wine of Santorini, which originated from ripe vintage (early September). During processing of the grape, for Nichteri only meant the prorogos with the fermentation and aging take place in old oak barrels.
