George Skouras was one of the first winemakers who brought the Viognier in Greece and invested time, effort and imagination into it. The investment, however, has invested greatly, as shown by this beautiful and popular white wine. It is highly recommended to those who have tried it.

70% fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, 30% fermented and aged in new French barriques for 6 months. Brief skin contact extraction and batonnage. Lid Stelvin. Intense varietal expression but elegant, with notes of oak. Peach, mango, orange peel, toasted bread freshness.
