Producer's Description: Varieties: Chardonnay – Malagouzia Region: Ancient Nemea Vineyard: Owned Chardonnay: Karakaxa site 14 hectares. Klimenti Corinthia 14 hectares Malagouzia: Spathovouni site 11 hectares. Stavrodromi 7 hectares. Karakaxa 7 hectares. Giougiza 14 hectares. Winemaking: Early morning harvest and transport to the winery with a refrigerated truck. Cold extraction for the Chardonnay and Malagouzia for 8 hours at a temperature of 10 °C. Controlled fermentation temperature 14-17 °C and badonaz at the end of fermentation. Organoleptic Characteristics: Explosive nose with aromas of elegant greenery, yellow fruit combined with ripe pineapple, melon, and very clear peach. Full-bodied palate that follows the intensity of the nose with pronounced aroma and sweetness. Enjoy it... with foods similar to the color nuances such as fish, shellfish, shrimp, crayfish, chicken, turkey, veal, and with white or blonde and light sauces. Rich aromatic salads. Also with pasta accompanied by white sauce and cold cuts. Recommended cheese: Mozzarella & cheeses made from goat's milk, soft yellow cheeses. Serving temperature: 8-12 °C.
