A successful blend of three favorite grape varieties: Assyrtiko, Malagousia, and Xinomavro. The wine remains for about 4 months with its fine lees. Fermentation with natural yeasts, in traditional Cretan amphorae, as well as the fact that the wine is bottled unfiltered and with very few sulfites contribute to the final result.
