Dominant soil type: Sandy Plant age (average): * Roditis Alepou: 27 years * Moschofilero: 22 years Vinification/Aging: Pre-fermentation extraction for 3 - 6 hours at 14˚C. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Short pre-fermentation extraction, brief aging on fine lees Organoleptic characteristics: The color is pale, white-yellow with green reflections. The nose is complex where fresh floral characters prevail and followed by notes of lemon peel and aromas of tropical fruits such as avocado. The palate is characterized by a full balance with dominant citrus aromas, touches of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste, the acidity leads the palate to a clean, elongated finish.
