California Common, also known as Steam Lager, is a hybrid type of beer between lager and ale. A style originating from breweries in San Francisco before the industrial revolution. Amber in color with a beige foam. Strong malt character, with predominant aromas and flavors of caramel, biscuit, roasted bread notes, with a softly bitter aftertaste and a rich body.
