Upon opening the bottle, you enter a blooming garden, and the continuation in terms of flavors is similarly exquisite. Chamomile, citrus peels like lemon and orange, Muscat of Alexandria, fennel, and a hint of sea breeze. A must for every serious gin and tonic, but we will enjoy it neat.
