Complex aromas of citrus such as bergamot and lemon, fine mineral dimension, honeycomb, as well as notes of white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it has a solid structure, and crisp acidity, with noticeable creaminess from aging for 15 months on the lees, while the stay of a small portion of the wine in oak barrels adds even more flavor complexity.
