On the nose, cherry and morello dominate, along with notes of wild rose. On the palate, it becomes more playful, with aromas of blackberry and raspberry, framed by sweet spices, clove, and subtle hints of licorice. The lively, well-crafted acidity provides freshness and balance.

- Producer's Description
- As the first winery in the country, Ktima Apostolidi successfully reintroduced the Karapapa variety to the Greek wine map after a revival effort. The first large vineyard was planted in 2017, although there was a small vineyard from grandfather Efthymios Apostolidis. The fruit is clearly in the foreground. The nose becomes somewhat darker, with cherry, sour cherry, wild rose, warm sandstone, a hint of undergrowth, all with Burgundy ambitions and kinship. This becomes particularly evident on the palate, where it turns red-fruity again, more playful. raspberry, blackberry, spicy canola underneath, a hint of clove pepper and subtle licorice. Supportive, vibrant, finely crafted acidity.
