This VS Bas Armagnac is produced by the house of Castarède Armagnac, one of the oldest producers of Armagnac in France, from a blend of eaux-de-vie that have aged for at least 3 years - when, to qualify as VS, it requires 1 year of aging. The Folle Blanche distillate in this blend comes from the estate's own vineyard, located in Bas-Armagnac.
