Clear, medium-intensity lemon with golden highlights. Dry with crisp acidity and a rich body, featuring aromas of tropical fruits like pineapple and peach, in excellent balance with oak aromas reminiscent of vanilla and smoke. Rich, buttery, and creamy yet balanced due to the pronounced acidity. It is ready to drink but will also benefit from two to three years in the bottle. One of the best expressions of the variety from Giorgos Skouras.
