The ASSYRTIKO The North is sourced from selected vineyard plots in Northern Greece, specifically from the village of Agios Panteleimonas in Florina, in the unique plateau of Amynteo. There, the coolest viticultural zone in the country yields fruit with exceptional freshness and intense aromatic character. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for 3 months, gaining greater volume, complexity, and balance. A particularly versatile Assyrtiko, ideal for food pairing as well as an excellent choice for serving by the glass.
