Its color is light lemon-green. On the nose, it is elegant with aromas of green fruits such as pear, apple, and lime, citrus peels, and mineral notes. On the palate, the creaminess and flavors of yeast betray aging on the lees, yet the green characteristics continue to prevail, while the acidity invigorates and brings harmony. With already two years under its belt, it displays remarkable complexity, but it is worth watching its evolution in 2-3 years.
