It expresses the quality & potential of the variety to the fullest and has been favored by Greeks for 6 generations, introducing newcomers to the experience of red wine and rewarding its loyal fans with consistent, timeless quality. Characteristics: A typical, classic wine from Naoussa. Deep red with a strong personality. It reveals a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, blackberry, and plum, coexisting with sun-dried tomato and the aromas of aging, cinnamon, and wood. It has a rich body, good balance and structure, with soft tannins on the finish. Flavor Harmony: It pairs with red meat dishes, such as pork with sun-dried tomato and cheese, lamb in a clay pot in a wood oven, stewed beef with pine nuts and raisins. Pasta with spicy red sauces. Yellow cheeses, such as parmesan as well as feta. Temperatures: Serve at 16-18 °C
