Cuvee Edalise Rose 2025

The Maison Boutinot Cuvée Edalise Côtes de Provence Rosé elegantly expresses the classic character of Provençal rosés. It is produced from Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle, with Grenache contributing juicy red fruit and notes of white peach, Cinsault providing subtle spicy and herbal elements, and Rolle adding delicate floral aromas, orange blossom, and tangerine. 

In the glass, it showcases a particularly soft salmon color. The nose is refined and expressive, with white-fleshed peach, red currant, tangerine, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and refreshing, with lively acidity, fine texture, and harmonious balance between fruit, freshness, and subtle spiciness. The finish is elegant and lengthy. 

It is ideally enjoyed well chilled and pairs excellently with fresh seafood, Niçoise salad, feta and spinach tart, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, and summer dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.<\/p>
