Medium(+) intensity ruby color. On the nose, a combination of red and black fruits such as plum, smoke, along with sweet spices that the barrel wraps around the whole. On the palate, it is mature with soft tannins, acidity not high but capable of refreshing, and less concentration than La Tour Melas, but correspondingly less need to wait for the wine patiently in the cellar. Ready to drink with the potential to age for at least three years.
