TASTING PROFILE

Nose:

Deep aroma with great intensity. It starts with a soft sensation on the nose, dry and spicy. Opens with Oloroso Sherry, developing into raisins, roasted chestnuts, and cherries dipped in dark chocolate.

Palate:

Creamy, full-bodied. It opens lively and sweet, suggesting coffee sugar crystals in espresso. It develops intense dried fruits, baked apple, and chili pepper that spreads across the tongue.

Finish:

Long, the spicy taste recalls sweet ginger and softly dry.
