An aged tsipouro, made from Muscat Noir from the old vineyards of Meteora. It is distilled slowly in small copper stills to preserve the fresh and sweet aromas of the grape and matures for 12 years in oak barrels that previously held sweet Vinsanto wines. The result is an exceptionally refined distillate. Multidimensional yet balanced, rich and velvety.
