The vines that produce Vieilles Vignes have an average age of about 45 years, with some exceeding a century of life. The low natural yield per hectare offers a wine with intensity and character, without losing the freshness that makes Chablis unique. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, lemon, green apple, and wet stone unfold. On the palate, it is full and balanced, with crisp acidity, saline minerality, and a persistent finish reminiscent of citrus and sea breeze.
