The Domaine de Vedilhan Sauvignon Blanc is a particularly expressive white wine from the Pays d’Oc in Southern France, showcasing the riper and more generous side of the variety. It comes from the family estate of the Fayet family, near Narbonne, where the vineyards thrive in soils of limestone, sand, and marine schist. A small stream surrounding the estate helps the vines maintain their freshness in the warm climate of the region. 

On the nose, ripe citrus and tropical fruits dominate, framed by elegant, subtle smoky notes. On the palate, it is broad and full-bodied, with rich texture, ripe fruit, and vibrant acidity that offers balance and freshness. The finish is long and enjoyable, with volume that sets it apart from lighter, more austere Sauvignon Blancs. 

Produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc and pairs excellently with vegetable pilaf, chicken tagine, Milanese risotto with saffron, white meats, and dishes with aromatic spices.
