An impressive white wine from the exquisite Greek variety Kydonitsa. The grapes come from vineyards in the Nemea region, on clayey soils with good drainage. The vinification includes various containers such as stainless steel tanks and large French oak barrels at controlled temperature, while the aging on fine lees that follows for about four months contributes to the depth and complexity of the wine.
