- Variety: 100% Mavrodafni of Kefalonia. Origin of Grapes: Lixouri Zone. Soil: Clay, non-irrigated, with very low yield of 3 tons/acre. Vinification: At the Gentilini Winery. Vinification in open stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for twelve months in French barrels.
