The exceptional Lefteris Anagnostou creates a unique rosé, gastronomic with an emphasis on delicacy and balance, expressing the minimal approach of Ekho Wines through clean, gentle winemaking. The red Fokiano meets in a small percentage the unknown white variety Bastardiko (also known as Bastardiko). The fermentation of a small portion of the wine in acacia barrels as well as the aging on the lees for about a year add complexity, rich texture, and depth.

Soft pink color with a subtle and not overly expressive aromatic profile, where floral notes dominate. On the palate, it has a pronounced acidity, spicy character, and exceptional complexity. The relatively low alcohol, its light structure, and relatively short but clean aftertaste highlight, among other things, its gentle, elegant character.
