Originating from vines over 150 years old in Megalochori, next to the caldera, this 100% Assyrtiko is an excellent example of Lefteris Anagnostou's mastery combined with the charms of the Santorini terroir. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with a stay on the lees for 11 months and about a year of bottle aging to develop complexity. A wine with a cool, crystalline character, full of intensity and salinity, ideal for seafood and Mediterranean cuisine.

Light lemon color with slight greenish reflections. The nose is shy with vegetal and floral aromas. Chamomile, green tea, and bergamot are supported by notes of basil, citrus peel, and spicy character, such as white pepper. A sense of minerality and a sea breeze complete the picture. On the palate, it has a metallic texture with sharp acidity and creaminess. White-fleshed peaches, pear, along with tea and ginger contribute to a complex sip with a long mineral finish.
