Its appearance is deep purple at the edge of black. The bouquet opens on the nose and is particularly complex with white pepper, cigar, mint, and black plum supported by discreet spicy notes. On the palate, the richness of the nose unfolds even further, the tannins are silky despite their age, the body is full, and the texture rounded. The tender acidity keeps the fruit lively towards a persistent finish.
