The Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022<\/span> is one of the most unique limited expressions from Suntory, designed around the Japanese concept of harmony and the poetic image of the blossoming cherry tree. It is a blended whisky made from malt and grain whiskies, with part of the blend having matured or been finished in sakura wood casks, which gives it a more aromatic, delicate, and spring-like character. <\/p>

On the nose, it appears elegant and expressive, with a floral opening, cherry blossoms, rose petals, lychee, jasmine, and subtle notes of mature wood. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, with honey, candied orange peel, white chocolate, pear, and a soft sweetness reminiscent of the Japanese sweet sakura mochi. The finish is long, clean, and refined, with bittersweet spicy nuances and the characteristic elegance that has made Hibiki a benchmark in premium Japanese whiskies.<\/p>
