Medium-intensity rosé with slightly purplish highlights. Elegant nose, not explosive but with obvious aromas of red fruits reminiscent of cherry, preserves, hints of maturity such as caramel, and a light herbal note. Dry, lively mouth resulting from the acidity, with fruit being crisper, as the maturity gives way slightly, providing more freshness to the cherry and strawberry. Refreshing aftertaste with a medium duration. Ready for consumption.
