Jack Daniel's

Jack Daniel’s is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, using the same traditional method that Jack Daniel established 140 years ago. The ingredients used are exclusively from the land of Tennessee: grains and crystal clear spring water. Unlike bourbon whiskey, Tennessee whiskey undergoes an additional process before being placed in barrels for aging. The very slow filtration through maple charcoal, this meticulous and time-consuming process, is crucial for achieving its high quality and rich flavor. Each drop takes a ‘journey’ through filtration over 4 to 6 days. During this time, it is purified from all undesirable substances while simultaneously being enriched with unique aromas from the maple charcoal. After distillation, Jack Daniel’s matures in the cellars inside new white oak barrels, crafted in the distillery's cooperage. During its aging, it absorbs various components from the barrel wood, which give it its distinctive flavor and deep ruby hue.
