Light pink color and medium aromatic intensity on the nose, combining the red fruit of Xinomavro with toasty and brioche aromas, resulting from the wine's aging with the lees in the bottle for a few months. The palate is lively, lacking the nervousness of the white brut Karanika, but with acidity beautifully balancing the dosage (the mixture that imparts final sweetness to the sparkling wine in the traditional method)... The fizz is persistent and creamy, enhancing the quality sensation that the wine delivers.

The Rosé sparkling wine from Lawrence Hartmann complements the range of sparkling wines of the estate. Adhering to the traditional method used in Champagne and made from the versatile Xinomavro, the wine possesses complexity but also has a bit more residual sugar which makes it more marketable compared to its white sibling. A wine that combines the cool climate of Amyntaio, the excellent Xinomavro, and the skills of its creator, proving to be a serious and certainly affordable alternative to rosé Champagnes.
