Its color is light salmon with plenty of orange reflections. Its aromas are sweet and reminiscent of quince paste, tropical fruits, strawberries, and citrus peels. On the palate, it is very tasty, with a good level of creaminess, the sweet flavors prevailing again, and the lively acidity refreshing the palate.
