- Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Serving temperature 10-12oC Greek product of organic farming. Characteristics: Bright pale yellow color with green highlights. Complex aromatic palette where the vegetal characters of asparagus and pepper coexist with notes of ripe fruits (melon, peach, pineapple). Rich in taste, it is distinguished by its refreshing acidity, creaminess, flavorful complexity, and persistent, fruity aftertaste.

ΚΑΛΟ
Η μύτη είναι πράγματι δυνατή, με αρώματα φρούτων. Στην γεύση η οξύτητα είναι λίγο πιο έντονη από ότι θα ήθελα, ενώ για Sauvignon Blanc λείπει το έντονο φρούτο, κάτι που ισχύει και στην επίγευση. Γενικά το περίμενα καλύτερο. Πάντως είναι ένα καλό κρασί, αλλά στην τιμή αυτή βρίσκεις σίγουρα καλύτερα Sauvignon Blanc.
