The iconic label of the Kechri winery may be the Tear of the Pine, but the Kechri Amber is the retsina that paved the way for the revival of this great traditional style of wine! It is made from 100% Roditis and is one of the most 'honest' Greek wines, bottled in a traditional 500 ml carafe. It is also the first Retsina to win an award at the International Thessaloniki Competition.

The color of the wine is medium lemon with several golden highlights. The aroma is dominated by the element of fresh resin, along with fruity aromas such as pear, melon, and mastic. On the palate, it is of medium body, with flavors reminiscent of pine and rosemary, and a lingering aftertaste.
