Intense golden color, and very nice aromas, with sweet black fruits, such as damson and raspberry, in the foreground. On the palate, the influence of the two finishes in sherry Pedro Ximenez and rum barrels is evident. And for this reason, the title Rum and Raisin. Besides the obvious, we also tasted some figs, mandarins, and a bit of cinnamon. Excellent dram.
