Fruity characteristics dominate the nose of the wine, in a range that moves from fresh green fruits, such as apple and pear, to more summery fruits reminiscent of apricot and melon. - The winemaker Apostolos Moundrichas chose his favorite Viognier combined with the dynamic Assyrtiko and a hint of Moschato, to offer us his white, Avantis Estate. The impressive estate vineyard in the breath of Mount Dirfys generously provides the excellent raw material. The White Avantis Estate is characterized by aromatic complexity and finesse, with aromas of ripe yellow fruits including melon and pear. On the palate, the refreshing acidity combined with the minerality and the aromas of apricot and peach contribute to a fruity aftertaste. It pairs excellently with light meals, fish meze, and white cheeses.
