- The superiority of the personality of this wine is sealed by its prolonged stay in new French oak barrels, as well as by the great age of the Cabernet Sauvignon vines from our estate, from which it originates. Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Origin: From the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon vines, averaging 21 years old, from the selected vineyard 'Zygos', 45 acres at an altitude of 330-350 meters, of the estate in Atalanti Lokris. Winemaking: Classic red winemaking. It follows aging for 24 months in new small French oak barrels. Tasting Notes: Brilliant, deep crimson color. An enchanting multidimensional aromatic composition where aromas of red currant, blackberry, black raisin, and plum stand out, combined with hints of cedar and smoke. The presence of wood is pronounced but perfectly balanced by the dense fruity character. On the palate, it presents ideal balance as the firm tannins 'dress' with fruit, and the warmth corresponds with elegance and class. Aging Potential: It is suitable for long-term aging that exceeds 15 years. Serving: Enjoy it at 18 °C. Harmony: Enjoy it with exquisite delicacies. Roast lamb in the oven is undoubtedly its ideal companion. Try it with grilled meats, game, and semi-hard cheeses.

Απλά μοναδικό
Αν και το συγκεκριμένο κρασί το πίνω αυστηρά μια φορά τον χρόνο, λόγω εθίμου ανήμερα τα Χριστούγεννα, πάντα ανυπομονώ για την στιγμή που θα το καταναλώσω. Κατά την γνώμη αποτελεί ένα από τα κορυφαία ελληνικά κρασιά.

Σώμα δυνατή γεύση άρωμα συνδυάζονται εξαιρετικά σε ένα εξαιρετικό Ελληνικό Cabernet
