Producer's Description: Created with the successful blending of two Greek varieties, Assyrtiko and the rare Malagouzia. After the pre-fermentation extraction, the winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of around 18-20 °C. The wine has a bright pale yellow color with greenish highlights. Its 'nose' is expressive with alternating impressions, as alongside exotic fruits, notes of pepper, jasmine, orange, melon, herbs, and lemon are present. The first contact on the palate exudes elegance, while its overall presence is characterized by richness, harmony, pleasant vivacity, and a lemony finish. It is recommended to be consumed within the first 2 years of its life, served at 8-10 °C. Food pairings: seafood, fish, white meats with simple sauces, pasta, village salad (tomato & feta), Asian cuisine.
