Wonderful Syrah, from the imposing vineyards of Megalo Spileo in Aigialeia. The high altitude favors the variety and endows it with characteristics reminiscent of the Northern Rhône, such as spicy and floral notes, while aging for about two years in American and French oak barrels and another two years in the bottle contributes to the creation of a particularly complex wine.

Its color is deep red. Its aromatic profile is complex with lavender, white pepper, and dense black fruit complemented by notes of smoke, leather, and chocolate. On the palate, it is rich with quite high acidity, very well-integrated and mature tannins, and a long aftertaste where cherry jam and smoke dominate.
