Varieties: Agiorgitiko 100% Winemaking - Bottling: At the family winery in Ancient Nemea Tasting Notes: Characterized by clean and concentrated yet fresh aromas of red fruits against a backdrop of vanilla and milk caramel. On the palate, it starts with sweetness that evolves into balance, thanks to the acidity, while its tannins provide a solid structure. Harmony: Pairs well with rich roasted or stewed red meats. Serving Temperature: At 17 - 18 degrees. Winemaking - Aging: Classic red winemaking. Ages in oak barrel for one year and six months in the bottle. Can be aged for ten years.
