The absolute freshness in your glass. It's not so much the aromatic intensity that will enchant you, but this 'clarity' of fruit that you will 'detect'. Notes of citrus reminiscent of bitter orange, mandarin, and essential oils from orange peels, alongside some more mature notes of banana, ripe pear, and hints of white-fleshed fruits. A nose that does not captivate so much with its complexity, but with the immediacy of its character. On the palate, the acidity is refreshingly sufficient, despite the variety's generally low 'performance' in acidity, while the wine has a slightly bitter aftertaste that we would say will 'open your appetite' to drink more.
