Deep ruby color and an expressive 'nose' whose bouquet captivates. Particularly elegant aromatic character with typical Cabernet Franc characteristics such as green bell pepper herbaceousness against a backdrop of red fruits and flowers. Some 'sweet' elements like licorice and vanilla emerge, which combined with hints of chocolate and smoke, excellently balance the 'green,' vegetal dimension of the wine. On the palate, the wine is dry, with pronounced acidity and an elegant body, neither weak nor overly full. The tannins are fine-grained and particularly elegant, while the finish, above average in duration, has complexity and leaves a 'reminiscence' of milk chocolate. Further evolution of the wine is expected within the next five years.
